  • 1/4 cup lemon juice

  • 1 clove garlic, peeled and minced

  • Kosher salt

  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil

  • 5 Persian, Armenian, or Japanese cucumbers, thinly sliced

  • 5 radishes, thinly sliced

  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced

  • 1 cup dill fronds

  • 1 cup mint leaves

  • 1/2 cup DODONI Feta, crumbled

  • 1/2 bag pre-baked pita chips, broken into bite-size pieces

  • Aleppo pepper (optional)



  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, garlic, and a generous pinch of salt. Whisk in the olive oil until combined.

  2. In a large serving bowl, combine the cucumbers, radishes, green onions, dill, and mint. Drizzle half of the dressing over it and hand-toss to coat. Add the feta and broken pita chips to the bowl. Drizzle with the remaining dressing, then gently hand-mix.

  3. Season to taste with salt and Aleppo pepper (if desired), then serve immediately.
