GRILLED HALLOUMI WITH VEGETABLES

Ingredients


  • ¼ cup olive oil

  • 1 lb. DODONI Halloumi, sliced 

  • 2 medium zucchini, sliced

  • 1 bunch asparagus

  • 1 red pepper, sliced wide

  • A handful of cherry tomatoes, sliced

  • Salt and pepper to taste

 
 

Preparation


  1. Lightly oil the grill grate and prepare a hot grill.

  2. Brush vegetables with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. 

  3. Grill vegetables until tender and nicely charred, turning occasionally. 

  4. Grill halloumi, turning occasionally, for 2 to 6 minutes, until grill marks appear.

  5. Remove cheese to the platter with vegetables and drizzle with olive oil.
